At this time all returns are for store credit only. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
To get the item(s) back to us you can either:
1) LOCAL DROP OFF: Drop the order back off at the location that you picked up. Please label the bag 'RETURN JO-LEE'. You will have 15 days from when the item was dropped off at the pickup location to get the item back to us. Please send us an email to notify us. Our email is email@example.com
2) SHIPPING: Ship the item(s) back to us at your cost. We do not provide shipping labels or refund shipping costs. We recommend shipping back with a tracking number as we will not be responsible for items that are lost. Items must be shipped back/ dropped back off at Canada Post no later than 10 days after Canada Post says your order was delivered. Please send us an email to notify us + to receive the return address. Our email is firstname.lastname@example.org
ALL items must have tags attached and be unworn, unwashed, hair free, scent free, stain free + in new condition!! NO exceptions will be made as unfortunately we have had issues in the past with items being returned that were worn.
ALL sale items are FINAL.
Items that do not qualify for a return are as follows:
- sale items
- discounted items
- jewelry + accessories
- handmade items
DEFECTIVE / DAMAGED ITEMS:
We always inspect each item for defects or damages before we send out an order. There are times that we miss something. If that is the case, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order. Our email is email@example.com. If item has been washed or worn and the tags are not attached the item will no longer be available for a refund.
